The problem

Too many sources, even more summaries, and understanding still feels far away.

The information exists. It is just scattered, and questions come up when nobody is free to answer them.

  • Stuck on a question at midnight
  • Summaries from ten different sources
  • An hour-long video for a single point
  • You know the law but not where to start
  • Lessons piling up with no plan
  • Private lessons that are expensive and fixed in time
  • No idea how far you have got in the subject
  • Explanations in formal Arabic while you think in colloquial
  • Study time lost on the phone
  • Parents cannot see what is going on

What Zatoona does

  • Understands Egyptian colloquial Arabic the way you speak it
  • A photo of the problem is enough, no need to type it
  • Voice call mode if you would rather listen
  • Drawn explainer boards for hard science concepts

The night before the exam, study just the essence.

Every chapter has an organised summary listing the learning objectives you need and how hard each one is, so you know what to focus on and what to skip.

  • 331 chapter summaries ready now, and the number keeps growing
  • Turn any explanation into a PDF summary to study offline
  • Summaries are also free on the website, in Arabic, with no download

  • XP, levels and badges
  • A weekly leaderboard to keep you going

Visual boards

A hard concept?Zatoona draws it for you.

Instead of a page of text, you get a drawn explainer board: the law, the diagram and the example in one place. Every board here is a real one made for a student who asked Zatoona (boards are in Arabic).

How it works

One question, in any form, comes back as an explanation tied to your lesson.

Zatoona does not just answer from memory. It first searches the curriculum content for your grade and subject, then builds the explanation.

FAQ

What is Zatoona?

Zatoona is an AI study app for the Egyptian national curriculum; its tutor is called Zatoona ZAKI 2.5. Students ask by typing, by photographing a problem, or by voice, and get a step-by-step explanation in Egyptian colloquial Arabic grounded in their curriculum chapters, plus chapter summaries, a study plan and live challenges.

Which grades does it cover?

Every grade of Egyptian general education, from primary grade 1 to secondary grade 3 (Thanaweya Amma), scientific and literary tracks, plus Al-Azhar subjects such as Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh and Tawhid.

Is Zatoona free?

Yes. The download is free, and the free plan gives you 5 questions a day with no bank card. If you need more, there are low-cost monthly plans.

How much does a subscription cost?

Basic is 50 EGP a month (30 questions a day) or 120 EGP for 3 months; Premium is 80 EGP a month (100 questions a day) or 180 EGP for 3 months.

How do I pay?

Subscriptions are arranged over WhatsApp on +20 101 153 0060. No bank card is needed, and you can cancel at any time.

Is there a free Premium trial?

Yes, on iPhone: signing up from the iOS app gives you 3 days of Premium for free. On Android you start on the free plan.

Is it really based on the Egyptian curriculum?

Yes. Zatoona is built on the Egyptian curriculum chapters themselves, organised by grade and subject, so answers come in the context of the lesson you are studying rather than as a generic answer from the web.

What language are the explanations in?

Explanations are in Arabic: formal Arabic or Egyptian colloquial Arabic, whichever is easier for the student. English and French are covered as school subjects.

How is it different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a general-purpose tool. Zatoona is made for Egyptian students: it is organised by grade and subject, understands Egyptian colloquial Arabic, and includes chapter summaries, challenges, XP and a study plan, not just chat.

Does Zatoona replace teachers?

No, and it does not try to. Zatoona helps students understand and revise at any time, especially when they are stuck and nobody is around to ask. Teachers and schools still have their role.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The app is on the App Store and Google Play, and the chapter summaries are also free on the website without installing anything.

How do I contact support?
